Mr. Salama is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with more than 45 years of experience in the construction industry.
He commenced his career in 1978, engaging in business activities in the State of Kuwait, and Iraq where he played a crucial role in the successful implementation of several notable projects until 1990.
In 1991, Mr. Salama established his own Engineering & Construction company in his home Country, Egypt, Al Salem Co.. He continued his entrepreneurial spirit by co-founding Toshka TTC in 1995 and Toshka Agribusiness in 1997. In 2003, he founded ACEC, an engineering and construction company that has become a leader in the Egyptian market.
With his wealth of experience, expertise, and vision, Mr. Salama has been instrumental in driving the success of various companies and projects throughout his career. He is a valuable asset to our company as our Chairman, and we are honored to have him lead us towards continued success.
Mr. Said Abdulhafez is a highly accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in the industry. He began his professional career in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia between 1978 and 1982, where he made significant contributions to various projects. He then moved to the State of Kuwait between 1992 and 1995, where he continued to excel in his field and played a crucial role in the successful implementation of several notable projects.
In 1995, Mr. Abdulhafez returned to his home country of Egypt and established a highly successful building materials trading business. He later went on to co-found Toshka TTC in 1995 and Toshka Agribusiness in 1997, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional leadership skills.
With his extensive experience and expertise in civil engineering and business, Mr. Abdulhafez serves as an invaluable co-chairman, contributing greatly to the success of his organization. He is highly respected in the industry and is recognized for his commitment to excellence, professionalism, and integrity.

With exceptional leadership skills and an eye for detail, Rami ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Sherif is an experienced architect with a keen eye for detail. With over 16 years of experience, Sherif brings a wealth of knowledge to our team, ensuring all technical aspects of our projects are executed flawlessly.
Ahmed is a skilled accountant with over 15 years of experience. He brings a deep understanding of financial management and strategic planning, ensuring our company's financial health and growth.
